• Liquid Crack & Gap Filler for Grinding – PROSOCO® Consolideck® Grind-N-Fill is a liquid crack and gap filler for concrete grinding and polishing operations — applied topically during grinding, it mixes with the dust created while grinding to create a super-durable matrix that automatically fills pinholes, small air voids, pop-outs, micro-cracks, and other gaps in the concrete surface.
• Creates a Monolithic Polished Surface – Creates a monolithic surface that polishes faster, easier, and more effectively — with gaps and imperfections filled during the grind itself, there's no separate patch-and-grind step needed. Saves significant time and labor on every polished concrete project.
• Improves Acceptance of Densifiers, Stains & Treatments – Surfaces treated with Grind-N-Fill accept hardener/densifiers, protective treatments, and color stains/hardeners more evenly — with imperfections filled and the surface made uniform, color goes down without the splotchy, uneven coverage that plagues unfilled slabs.
