• Alkaline Formula Removes Multiple Layers of Paint – PROSOCO® Sure Klean® Heavy Duty Paint Stripper is an alkaline formula with organic solvents engineered to remove multiple layers of paint and graffiti from masonry surfaces — one application dissolves heavy accumulations of paint, most spray paint, lacquers, alkyds, latex, acrylics, clear sealers, and graffiti, restoring old masonry to its original appearance.
• Slow-Working, Extended-Contact 24-Hour Active Window – This "slow-working," extended-contact remover remains active for 24 hours — gives the chemistry time to dissolve through heavy paint accumulations and stubborn coatings that fast-acting strippers can't fully penetrate. Ideal for historic restoration, building façade renovation, and heavily painted masonry.
• Gel Consistency Clings to Vertical Surfaces – Thick gel consistency adheres tightly to vertical surfaces — dramatically reduces spillage, drips, and overspray on walls, columns, façades, and other vertical masonry. Can be applied by brush, roller, or conventional airless spray equipment to match the job and crew preference.
• Methylene Chloride & Methanol Free – Contains no methanol, methylene chloride, or chlorinated solvents — a safer alternative to traditional aggressive paint strippers. Water-rinsable, nonflammable, and fully compliant with all national, state, and district VOC regulations.
• 5-Gallon Pail for Production Restoration Work – Bulk 5-gallon pail is sized for large façade restoration, graffiti remediation, and commercial paint removal projects — generous coverage at 50–100 sq. ft. per gallon and 2-year shelf life in tightly sealed containers. Note: contains highly alkaline ingredients — treated masonry must be neutralized after stripping with Sure Klean® Limestone & Masonry Afterwash or other appropriate Sure Klean® product. Not for use on wood or metal surfaces.
