• Premium Lithium Silicate Hardener, Densifier & Sealer – PROSOCO® Consolideck® LS® is a premium concrete flooring sealer, hardener, and densifier that improves the performance, appearance, and light reflectance of new or old concrete — a penetrating lithium silicate treatment that reacts with the concrete to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pores.
• Eliminates Dusting & Resists Damage – The increased surface hardness imparted by Consolideck® LS® eliminates dusting and simplifies maintenance — produces a cleaner, healthier environment. Treated surfaces resist damage from water and surface abrasion, are easy to maintain, and require no waxing.
• Will Not Trigger or Contribute to ASR – Safer, faster, and easier to apply than conventional sodium or potassium silicate hardeners — Consolideck® LS® will not trigger or contribute to surface ASR (Alkali Silicate Reaction). A major durability advantage over older silicate technologies that can accelerate concrete damage over time.
• Easy One-Step Application – Easy, one-step application with no scrubbing, no flushing, and no caustic wastewater — may be applied to broom-finished, steel-troweled, power-troweled, or burnished concrete finishes. Penetrates and reacts quickly to produce better initial and ultimate hardness, while reducing application time and costs of diamond-polishing operations.
• Fast Return to Service – Most floors can be opened to traffic within one hour of treatment — VOC-compliant, non-flammable, non-toxic, and low-odor.
