• Glossy Sealer & Protective Treatment – PROSOCO® Consolideck® LSGuard® is a glossy sealer and protective treatment for concrete flooring — a copolymer formulation that improves the surface sheen and stain resistance of conventional concrete, hardened concrete, and cement terrazzo floors.
• Protects & Enhances Color Intensity – Ideal for application to standard gray or colored concrete, LSGuard® protects and enhances the color intensity of integrally colored and color-stained concrete — pops the depth and vibrancy of GemTone® stains, ColorHard® treatments, and integrally pigmented slabs.
• Long-Lasting High-Gloss Finish – Provides a long-lasting, high-gloss finish that maximizes light reflectance — eliminates the need for floor waxes, liquid polishes, and conventional resin-based coatings. Brightens warehouses, retail spaces, showrooms, and commercial floors while reducing the need for supplemental lighting.
• Improves Sheen & Stain Resistance – Further improves the surface sheen and stain resistance of floors treated with Consolideck® LS®, LS/CS®, or Blended Densifier — the ideal protective topcoat that completes the Consolideck® polished concrete system for a brilliant, easy-to-maintain finish.
• Indoor Air Quality Tested & LEED-Friendly – Tested and conforms to California Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) Indoor Air Quality standards — use can contribute to LEED® for Schools points (EQ Credit 4).
